More than thirty years of experience in martial arts and sports and physical éducation. At eight years old I went to several schools to study thé différent methods in thé art of self-défense at thé hands of international experts. And after I got several titles and a high degree of skill in thé several methods now decided that thé foundations of thé art of SELLAME – BUDO martial arts and is native to thé Kingdom of Morocco with civilization, culture and long history.

SELLAME – BUDO derives its principles from thé laws of nature, is evidence of thé existence and reality of a great deal in

Respect for universal laws. Even in SELLAME – BUDO goal is to liberate man from his fears entirely, and make it master desires and feelings. Thé goal is to help him not to stop at what is thé first step in thé perception of forms and facts. And teach thé principles of martial arts, sports and physical education. And respect for others and nature conservation and thé environment.

This flow of energy leads to stability of thé physical and mental energy. Among the reasons for healing, and prevent some diseases from spreading in thé human body such as back pain, joint pain and symptoms of stress etc..

We are confident that SELLAME – BUDO will both sport and form of moral, which will help thé émergence of a new génération of sport martial arts around thé world, young people and athlètes, we believe that in thé future, many of them become thé stars of thé sport martial arts in thé thé world.

Thé objective of this type of martial arts is to make thé brotherhood and friendship among all peoples in all parts of thé world.
